The Hubble telescope captured an image of the galaxy NGC 5468, the image shows the aforementioned galaxy, which is located just over 130 million light years away and which has undergone a period of evolution during the last 20 years, which makes more easy to detect supernovae as they appear. Scientists explain that after dying, stars explode catastrophically. Such detonations, known as supernovae, can be observed in the imaged galaxy. The explosions can result in an intensely bright object in the sky, capable of rivaling the light of an entire galaxy.
